Job Summary
Provide physical therapy assistant services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility, including evaluating residents, developing and implementing short- and long-term treatment plans, conducting screenings, and communicating findings to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Perform compliant documentation and billing in NetHealth EMR in line with CMS expectations; contribute to resident care quality and productivity per department procedures and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice
- Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
