Physical Therapy Assistant -$5,000 Sign on

Conduct physical therapy treatment, provide exercise instruction, and deliver patient education aimed at improving well-being while following the established plan of care. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment and condition changes to the supervising PT, nurse supervisor, and/or physician. Coordinate care with other healthcare team members and instruct patients, families, and caregivers on therapy within the scope of practice. Perform procedures only as qualified and trained, making recommendations for plan of care changes to the supervising Physical Therapist. Function in any home situation regardless of client demographics. Available to work a weekend rotation.
