Physical Therapy Assistant 1.0fte

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, implementing prescribed plans to restore and enhance performance. Teach appropriate treatment procedures and supportive activities to patients and family members while documenting care and contributing to quality improvement. Communicate changes in patient condition and resolve problem lists with the Physical Therapist based on care coordination. Attend mandatory and clinical educational offerings and demonstrate knowledge of home health regulatory standards. Requires one year of Physical Therapy experience, state licensing, and CPR certification. Full-time outpatient role with sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.
