Job Summary
Greet patients upon arrival and assist physical therapists and assistants during treatment by preparing patients for procedures, applying modalities like hot/cold packs and ultrasound, and removing supportive devices. Safeguard and motivate patients while performing exercises under professional direction, then clean work areas, wash linens, and maintain restrooms and supply stock. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answering, appointment scheduling, chart filing, and inventory management. Complete all tasks in compliance with state practice act requirements.
