Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for physical therapy by applying and removing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during treatment administration. Safeguard and motivate patients performing exercises under professional direction while providing routine modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas and equipment post-treatment, wash and maintain linens, and keep restrooms stocked with supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing charts, and managing clinic inventory.
