Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for therapy by managing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during treatment administration. Safeguard and motivate patients performing exercises and functional activities under professional direction while providing routine modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas and equipment post-treatment, wash and maintain linen cabinets, and restock restrooms with supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, tracking inventory, and ordering supplies. Maintain high patient satisfaction through clear communication, attention to detail, and compassion. This part-time role offers bi-annual pay increases, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) match, with a salary range of $12.77 to $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
- High school graduate
Desired Qualifications
- Intern preferred
- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal
