Job Summary
Greet patients upon arrival and assist physical therapists and assistants during treatment by preparing patients for sessions and removing supportive devices. Safeguard, motivate, and assist patients with exercises and functional activities under professional direction while providing routine treatments like hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas and equipment post-treatment, wash linens, and maintain restrooms and supply stock levels. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and managing both medical and non-medical inventory. Perform these duties in compliance with state practice act requirements while maintaining high patient satisfaction and attention to detail.

- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience
