Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for physical therapy treatments by managing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during administration. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises, provide routine treatments like hot/cold packs and ultrasound, and clean work areas and equipment. Wash linens, maintain restrooms, and assist the patient experience coordinator with phone answering, scheduling, and filing paperwork. Track medical and non-medical supplies, order inventory, and document projects while ensuring compliance with state practice act requirements.
