Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for treatment by donning and removing supportive devices, and assist physical therapists and assistants during sessions. Administer routine modalities including hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation while safeguarding patients performing exercises. Clean work areas and equipment, wash and maintain linens, and restock restrooms with supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answering, scheduling, charting, and inventory management. Perform these duties in compliance with state practice act requirements while maintaining a clean, organized clinic environment.
