Job Summary

Greet arriving patients, prepare them for physical therapy treatments by managing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during administration. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises while providing routine modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas and equipment, wash and maintain linens, and keep restrooms stocked with supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answers, appointment scheduling, charting, and inventory management. Maintain high patient satisfaction through clear communication and compassion. This part-time role in Prospect Heights, IL offers a base pay range of $15.00 to $20.00 per hour with bi-annual increases and various wellness benefits.
