Job Summary
Prepare treatment areas, ensure equipment is clean and organized, and assist patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions. Monitor equipment adjustments as directed by clinical staff while maintaining a safe, welcoming clinic environment. Prepare hot and cold therapy modalities and support general operations including laundry and light cleaning tasks. This part-time role offers hands-on experience for students pursuing physical therapy within a collaborative, clinician-driven team in the Northeast.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical stamina to remain active throughout the day, including lifting and assisting patients as needed
