Job Summary
Greet patients upon arrival and assist physical therapists and assistants during treatments by preparing patients for sessions and administering modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises and functional activities under professional direction while providing routine care in compliance with state practice act requirements. Clean work areas and equipment post-treatment, wash and maintain linens, and restock restrooms with supplies. Support the patient experience coordinator with phone answering, appointment scheduling, chart filing, and inventory management. Maintain restrooms, windows, and general clinic areas as needed.
