Job Summary
Full-time Physical Therapy Aide assists in preparing patients for treatment, transports patients, sets up therapy areas and equipment, assists with exercises, records charges and maintains care plans, communicates with staff, helps with front desk tasks, maintains inventory, and monitors patient safety under supervision of a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant. On-the-job training is provided to perform routine physical therapy-related duties and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- CNA (Required)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Healthcare experience (Preferred)
- Experience with Medicare guidelines or billing (Preferred)
