Job Summary
Physical Therapy Aide at Ivy Rehab supports clinic operations and patient care by helping maintain a safe, clean facility, assisting with front-office tasks (answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients), and communicating with patients and their families. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, outstanding time management and multitasking abilities, excellent customer service and patient care experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends). The position is part of Ivy Rehab Network’s orthopedic/pediatric outpatient therapy services and offers opportunities for professional development within a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
