Physical Therapy Aide

The Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Aide supports PT services under supervision, ensuring treatment rooms and gym areas are clean and organized, assisting with patient interventions per plan of care (including instruction in exercises, manual techniques, modalities, aquatic therapy, and education on posture and body mechanics), and aiding administrative tasks such as scheduling, patient intake, and reporting. Ideal candidate will assist with patient exercise instruction, monitor safety during movement, help maintain supplies and equipment, and support the clinic director. Requires High School Diploma with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field strongly preferred; ability to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; starting compensation at $18/hour with room for experience-based adjustment.
