Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, assist physical therapists with treatment administration, and provide routine modalities like hot/cold packs and ultrasound. Safeguard and motivate patients during exercises, prepare them for therapy by managing supportive devices, and perform treatments under professional direction. Clean work areas and equipment, wash and maintain linens, and keep restrooms stocked with supplies. Support the patient experience coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and managing clinic inventory. Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clear documentation while working in a low-noise internal office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
- Attention to detail

- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.)
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel, and reach with hand and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
- High school graduate
- Intern
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal
