Job Summary
Greet patients upon arrival, prepare them for treatment by managing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during physical therapy sessions. Provide routine modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation while safeguarding patients performing exercises under professional direction. Clean work areas and equipment, wash and maintain linens, and manage restrooms and supply inventory. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answering, appointment scheduling, charting, and filing paperwork. Maintain high patient satisfaction through compassionate communication and thorough task completion.
