Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for therapy by managing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during treatment sessions. Safeguard and motivate patients performing exercises under professional direction while providing routine modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation. Clean workspaces, wash and maintain linens, and restock restrooms and supply areas. Coordinate with the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing charts, and managing inventory orders. Maintain high patient satisfaction through clear communication and compassion. This part-time role in our Damascus clinic offers bi-annual pay increases, pre-tax transit benefits, and a 401(k) match.
