Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for physical therapy by donning and removing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during treatment administration. Safeguard and motivate patients while performing routine modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas and equipment post-treatment, wash linens, maintain restrooms, and restock supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answers, appointment scheduling, charting, and inventory management. Complete tasks thoroughly with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Part-time role with bi-annual pay increases, transit/parking benefits, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
