Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for therapy by managing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during treatment administration. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises while providing routine modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas, wash linens, and maintain restrooms and supply stations. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answers, appointment scheduling, chart filing, inventory tracking, and ordering. Perform office tasks including filing, computer work, and lifting up to 25 pounds. This part-time role offers a bi-annual pay increase, 401(k) match, and various wellness resources.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer based work, participating in filing activity
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20-25 pounds
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding)
Desired Qualifications
- High school graduate and or intern preferred
- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred
- Energetic and a team player
- Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients
- Complete tasks thoroughly
