Job Summary
Greet arriving patients and assist physical therapists during treatment by preparing patients for procedures, removing supportive devices, and administering modalities like hot/cold packs and electrical stimulation. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises under professional direction while providing routine treatments. Clean work areas and equipment after sessions, wash linens, maintain restrooms, and restock supplies. Assist the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answering, appointment scheduling, chart filing, and inventory management. Perform these duties in compliance with state practice act requirements while maintaining high patient satisfaction.
