Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during daily check-ins and appointments. Promote efficient intake and registration while assisting clinicians with scheduling. Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms. Support the Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas, cleaning spaces, and adjusting exercise equipment. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team. Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
