Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during check-ins and appointments, then promote efficient intake and registration while assisting clinicians with scheduling. Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms. Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up exercise equipment, and monitoring patient progress to provide feedback. Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
