Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during daily check-ins and appointments. Promote efficient intake and registration while assisting clinicians with timely scheduling. Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms. Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up equipment, and monitoring patient progress. Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
