Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during daily check-ins and appointments, while promoting efficient intake and registration. Assist clinicians with scheduling, onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and verifying benefits, and prepare treatment areas by cleaning and adjusting exercise equipment. Monitor patient progress to provide feedback to the therapy team and support patients in performing prescribed exercises and home programs.
