Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during daily check-ins and appointments, while promoting efficient intake and registration. Assist clinicians with timely scheduling, onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and verifying benefits, and monitor patient progress to provide feedback to the therapy team. Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, setting up exercise equipment, and assisting patients with prescribed home exercise programs.
