Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during check-ins and appointments, then promote efficient intake and registration while assisting clinicians with scheduling. Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms. Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, adjusting exercise equipment, monitoring patient progress, and assisting with prescribed home exercise programs. Provide feedback to the therapy team on patient progress.
