Job Summary
Greet and interact with patients warmly during daily check-ins and appointments, while promoting efficient intake and registration. Assist clinicians with timely scheduling, onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork and verifying benefits, and monitor patient progress to provide feedback to the therapy team. Support Physical Therapists by preparing treatment areas, adjusting exercise equipment, and assisting patients with prescribed home exercise programs. Requires a high school diploma, 18+ years of age, and healthcare or customer service experience. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $17.13 to $19, with comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) match.

- Healthcare and/or customer service experience
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)
- Certified Personal Trainer experience.
- Experience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.
