Physical Therapy Aide

Greet patients by phone and in person during daily check-ins, then promote efficient intake and registration while assisting clinicians with scheduling. Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms. Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, adjusting exercise equipment, and monitoring patient progress. Assist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.
