Job Summary
Greet arriving patients and assist physical therapists and assistants during treatments while adhering to state practice act requirements. Prepare patients by donning and doffing supportive devices, administer routine modalities like hot/cold packs and ultrasound, and supervise patients practicing exercises under professional direction. Maintain the work environment by cleaning equipment, washing linens, and restocking supplies, while supporting the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answering, scheduling, and charting. Safeguard and manage inventory for both medical and non-medical clinic supplies.
