Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for therapy by donning and removing supportive devices, and assist clinicians during treatment sessions. Safeguard and motivate patients while performing routine modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas, wash and maintain linen cabinets, and restock restrooms with supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing charts, and managing clinic inventory. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient satisfaction throughout the clinic environment.
