Job Summary
Greet arriving patients, prepare them for treatment by managing supportive devices, and assist physical therapists and assistants during clinical sessions. Safeguard and motivate patients performing exercises under professional direction while providing routine modalities like hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Clean work areas and equipment post-treatment, wash and maintain linens, and keep restrooms and common spaces stocked with supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing charts, and managing clinic inventory. Maintain high patient satisfaction through strong communication and compassion while adhering to state practice act requirements.
