Job Summary
Greet arriving patients and assist physical therapists with treatment administration, including preparing patients for devices and performing routine modalities like hot/cold packs and ultrasound. Safeguard and motivate patients during exercise practice while maintaining work areas, cleaning equipment, and managing linen inventory. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing charts, and tracking clinic supplies. Maintain restrooms and restock paper products as needed. Perform these duties in compliance with state practice act requirements.
