Job Summary
Greet arriving patients and assist physical therapists and assistants during treatment sessions. Prepare patients for therapy by applying and removing supportive devices, while administering routine modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises under professional direction. Maintain the work environment by cleaning equipment, washing linens, and restocking supplies. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answering, appointment scheduling, charting, and inventory management. Perform these duties in compliance with state practice act requirements.

- Intern preferred
- Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills-written and verbal
- Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production
- Patient/Client Satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations

- Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients
- Complete tasks thoroughly
- Basic knowledge of office equipment
