Job Summary
Greet arriving patients and assist physical therapists and assistants during treatments by preparing patients for sessions, removing supportive devices, and administering routine modalities like hot/cold packs and ultrasound. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises and functional activities under professional direction while maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, linens, and restrooms. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator by answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, tracking inventory, and ordering supplies. Perform tasks in compliance with state practice act requirements, including documenting projects and managing production.
