Job Summary
Greet arriving patients and assist clinicians during physical therapy treatments by preparing patients for sessions, applying supportive devices, and providing routine modalities like hot/cold packs and ultrasound. Safeguard and motivate patients practicing exercises under professional direction while maintaining work areas, cleaning equipment, and managing linen inventory. Support the Patient Experience Coordinator with phone answers, appointment scheduling, chart filing, and ordering medical and non-medical supplies. Maintain restrooms and windows as needed. This part-time role in Ames, IA offers a salary range of $12.00 to $20.00 per hour.
