Physical Therapists Assistant - In House

Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising PT and deliver skilled therapy interventions to enhance mobility and function. Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress while assisting in modifying care plans based on patient response. Educate residents and families on exercises and home programs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
