Job Summary
Direct inpatient physical therapy with the rehabilitation team, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires current state licensure, CPR certification, and typically a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s with substantial experience). Emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in a well-equipped inpatient PT setting with opportunities for growth and excellent benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
