Physical Therapist-Woodstock Inpatient Rehab Full-time Days

Conduct direct patient care, teaching, and participation on committees and process improvement efforts for inpatient rehab patients. Maintain primary responsibility over patient plans of care through collaboration with PTAs, performing evaluations, re-evaluations, and adjusting treatment protocols based on functional progress and safety. Document daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record while providing educational materials to patients. Serve as a role model for interns, participate in student clinical programs, and contribute to departmental educational efforts and special projects. Work 40 hours weekly with a commitment to four weekend shifts every three months, including cross-training to the acute rehab unit.
