Job Summary
Evaluate patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, prenatal/postpartum conditions, and pelvic pain to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide specialized care for urinary/fecal incontinence, constipation, and organ prolapse while collaborating with physicians and nurses to coordinate comprehensive care. Monitor progress, modify interventions, recommend adaptive equipment, and document evaluations and billing per departmental standards. Educate patients and caregivers on wellness, injury prevention, and self-management strategies. Support program growth through quality improvement, community outreach, and mentorship of clinical staff. Pursue advanced professional development in clinical specialization or research.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Texas
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrated expertise in pelvic health and women's health rehabilitation
