Physical Therapist WMCG (Acute Care)

Implement treatment plans utilizing current theory and practice while modifying goals as necessary. Perform patient evaluation, re-evaluation, and discharge planning, documenting findings per department policy. Supervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students in a positive learning environment. Coordinate post-discharge follow-up and ensure productivity standards are met on an ongoing basis. Provide clinical education opportunities for department staff on specialty topics.
