Job Summary
Implement treatment plans utilizing current theory and practice while modifying goals as necessary. Perform patient evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning according to department policy, documenting findings and billing for services. Coordinate post-discharge follow-up and supervise rehabilitation technicians, volunteers, and students. Provide a positive learning environment for observers and ensure learning objectives are achieved for department staff. Meet departmental productivity standards and take an active role in servicing patients with immediate needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Physical Therapy
- Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
- Georgia State Licensure Upon Hire Required
