Job Summary
Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education while monitoring progress and adjusting care as needed. Document evaluations and progress notes per healthcare regulations, collaborate with physicians and nurses, and assist in acquiring and setting up rehabilitation equipment. Help establish appropriate billing codes for PT services. This part-time role begins ASAP in a newly built clinic with no competing providers in the immediate area, offering input on equipment selection and department layout.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT)
- Current California PT license in good standing
- Ability and willingness to work in Chowchilla, CA
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in newly started or startup outpatient clinics
