Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients primarily in rehab settings, develops and documents treatment plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include initial and discharge evaluations, setting goals, delivering treatment, educating patients/families/staff, communicating patient progress in clinical conferences, coordinating equipment orders and vendor contacts, and mentoring interns as needed. New graduates are welcomed. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a GA PT license or eligibility, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of rehab/acute experience; strong computer literacy and EMR documentation skills are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- GA Physical Therapy license or eligible
- Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute Preferred
- Basic computer literacy
