Job Summary
Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients primarily in the Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital, perform daily documentation in the EMR, educate patients/families/staff, participate in interdisciplinary team, mentor interns, and support CI/mentorship roles. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctoral degree preferred), BLS, and a GA physical therapy license or eligibility; minimum 1 year rehab/acute experience; duties include evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and coordination with vendors for equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Physical Therapy Required
- GA Physical Therapy license or eligible
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute Preferred
