Physical Therapist

Conduct initial and discharge evaluations, set treatment goals, and document patient progress in the EMR. Perform optimal therapy to meet functional goals while educating patients, families, and staff as needed. Communicate patient updates during clinical conferences and coordinate daily with interdisciplinary team members, outside physicians, and vendors for equipment orders. Serve as a CI/mentor for interns and participate in hospital and discipline-specific skills checks. Requires a Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, a GA license, and at least one year of experience in rehab, SNF, or LTACH settings. Monday through Friday shifts include 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
