Job Summary
Evaluation and treatment of patients in Rehab hospital and LTAC hospital settings; develops and documents treatment plans, educates patients/families and staff, communicates progress at clinical conferences, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and mentors interns. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's required; Doctoral preferred), BLS certification, and GA PT licensure/eligibility; minimum 1 year rehab experience; strong documentation and EMR skills; opportunities to contribute to patient care and program effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- GA Physical Therapy license or eligible
- Minimum 1 year experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, Acute preferred
- Basic computer literacy
