Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist role responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering rehabilitation services to improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and reduce deformity. Implements and adapts treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, educates patients and families, provides discharge instructions and follow-up, and documents evaluations and plans of care per departmental guidelines. Requires effective communication, teamwork, patient-focused service, adherence to ethical standards, confidential handling of information, and compliance with Wellstar policies. Licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) and Basic Life Support are required upon hire. The position is based in Roswell, GA, within Wellstar Health System and emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development.
