Physical Therapist

Perform initial and discharge evaluations, set goals and treatment plans, and document appropriately in the EMR. Develop optimal treatment plans to meet functional goals while educating patients, families, and staff as needed. Participate in interdisciplinary clinical conferences, communicate daily with team members and outside physicians, and prepare equipment orders by contacting vendors. Serve as a CI/mentor for interns and participate in hospital and discipline-specific skills checks. Requires a Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, GA license, and at least one year of experience in rehab, SNF, or LTACH settings.
