Job Summary
Physical Therapist opportunity with ASC Therapies and Wellness in Indiana. Provide clinical PT care to residents, develop meaningful relationships, assess and document resident conditions, and participate in a 9‐month mentorship program. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated resident care, promote psychosocial and physical well-being, and uphold C.A.R.E. values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence). Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
